Chelan, Pangborn Airport, Wenatchee, Entiat, Mansfield, Cashmere,
and Waterville.
* WHEN...Until 11 PM PDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
