...WARM, DRY, AND BREEZY CONDITIONS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ACROSS PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND NORTH CENTRAL WASHINGTON SATURDAY... .A weak wave moving into southern British Columbia Saturday will bring breezy southerly winds and a drying airmass to central Washington. Winds will remain breezy overnight into Sunday with fair to poor humidity recoveries. * Affected Area: Colville Reservation (Zone 702), Okanogan Valley (Zone 703) and Waterville Plateau (Zone 706). * Winds: Southwest 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 35 mph. * Relative Humidities: 13 to 22 percent. * Impacts: Rapid fire spread is likely with any new or ongoing fires.
