* WHAT...Flooding caused by very slow moving thunderstorms is expected. * WHERE...A portion of Northeast Washington, including the following counties, Pend Oreille and Stevens. * WHEN...Until 945 PM PDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 642 PM PDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1.25 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.25 to 0.75 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
