Breezy northwesterly to northerly winds coupled with very low
relative humidity and dry fuels will facilitate conditions
conducive to wildfire spread Wednesday.
Relative humidities have risen above Red Flag thresholds, so the
warning will be allowed to expire at 11 PM this evening.

* WINDS...Northwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 15 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fire that develops will catch and spread
quickly. Outdoor burning is not recommended.
