* Affected Area: Okanogan Valley (Zone 703) and Methow Valley (Zone 704). * Winds: For Okanogan Valley (Zone 703) South 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. For Methow Valley (Zone 704) Southeast 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 25 mph. Winds shifting to the west and northwest Friday evening 5 to 15 mph. * Timing: Friday afternoon and evening. * Relative Humidities: 13 to 19 percent. * Temperatures: 90 to 96. * Impacts: Gusty winds and low humidity Friday afternoon may lead to rapid fire spread with any new or ongoing fires.
