...RED FLAG WARNING FOR WIND AND LOW HUMIDITY FRIDAY FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL WASHINGTON... ...RED FLAG WARNING FOR STRONG WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY SATURDAY FOR MUCH OF THE INLAND NORTHWEST... * Affected Area: Colville Reservation (Zone 702), Okanogan Valley (Zone 703), Foothills of Central Washington Cascades (Zone 705) and Waterville Plateau (Zone 706). * Winds: Friday winds - Southwest winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts around 25 to 30 mph. Saturday winds - West/Southwest winds 15 to 30 mph with gusts around 30 to 45 mph. * Relative Humidities: 11 to 23 percent. * Impacts: Gusty winds and low humidity Friday and Saturday may lead to rapid fire spread with any new or ongoing fires.
