* At 652 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located near Holden, or 8 miles west of Logan, moving east at
50 mph.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
