At 117 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Culloden, or 10 miles north of Hamlin, moving east at 30 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Winfield, Hurricane, Milton, Eleanor, Culloden, and Teays Valley. This includes Interstate 64 in West Virginia between mile markers 26 and 38.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with this storm. Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe shelter inside a building or vehicle.
