occurring due to heavy rain from earlier thunderstorms.

Elkins, Mill Creek, Dailey, Rock Cave, Beverly, Junior,
Womelsdorf (Coalton), Huttonsville, Montrose, Harman, Glady,
Kerens, Bowden, Alton, Alexander, Dryfork and French Creek.
