* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.
* WHERE...Southwestern Barbour County in northeastern West
Virginia...
West Central Randolph County in northeastern West Virginia...
Central Upshur County in northeastern West Virginia...
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM EDT.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 811 AM EDT, emergency management reported heavy rain in the
warned area due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected
to begin shortly. Between 5 and 7 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is
expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Buckhannon, Tallmansville, Overhill and Ellamore.
- This includes Route 33 between mile markers 15 and 17.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
