* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Southwestern Ritchie County in northwestern West Virginia... * WHEN...Until 400 PM EDT. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring. Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not be passable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 959 AM EDT, The automated gauge on South Fork Hughes River below MacFarlan was in minor flood with the latest stage reading of 23 feet and slowly rising. At stages of 22 feet low sections of Oxbow Road below the gauge floods along with several low-lying areas adjacent to the river near the gauge. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
