In southern West Virginia, Boone, Kanawha, Logan and Mingo. * WHEN...Through Saturday evening. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rounds of showers and thunderstorms are expected in the vicinity of a front.
