Central Boone County in central West Virginia... * Until 715 AM EDT. * At 639 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Hode, or 11 miles east of Inez, moving east at 55 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Locations impacted include... Logan, Chapmanville, Man, Van, Mount Gay-Shamrock, Holden, Mallory, Amherstdale-Robinette, Chief Logan State Park, Harts, West Logan, Mitchell Heights, Mount Gay, Chauncey, Myrtle, Bruno, Wilsondale, Sharples, Sarah Ann, and Breeden.
