* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central, south central, and southeast Wisconsin, including the following counties, in east central Wisconsin, Fond du Lac. In south central Wisconsin, Columbia and Green Lake. In southeast Wisconsin, Dodge. * WHEN...Until 1000 PM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 659 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 0.8 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in a short period of time and the storms are tracking south- southeast. - Minor street flooding and heavy field flooding was occurring in the Waupun area around 6:45 PM. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
