* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...West Central Brown County in northeastern Wisconsin... * WHEN...Until 1230 AM CDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 927 PM CDT, trained weather spotters reported heavy rain in Green Bay due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing across low lying areas and some roadways. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen across portions of the Green Bay area, especially the northern portions of the city. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
