* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 520 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has
fallen.

Appleton, Oshkosh, Manitowoc, Menasha, Chilton, Brillion,
Cleveland, Valders, St. Nazianz, Two Creeks, High Cliff State
Park, St Anna, Northern Lake Winnebago, Camp Rokilio Scout Camp,
Central Lake Winnebago, Lake Poygan, Neenah, Two Rivers, Harrison
and Kiel.
