* WHAT...Heat index values of 95 to 105 expected. Highest heat index values in far northeast Wisconsin. Overnight heat indices will drop to 70 to 75 degrees, which will still be hazardous for anyone without shelter after the heat in the afternoon. * WHERE...Portions of central, east central, north central, and northeast Wisconsin. * WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 9 PM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Hot temperatures and high humidity may cause heat illnesses.
Instruction: 
Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. To reduce risk during outdoor work, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration recommends scheduling frequent rest breaks in shaded or air conditioned environments. Anyone overcome by heat should be moved to a cool and shaded location. Heat stroke is an emergency! Call 9 1 1.
