* WHAT...Dangerously hot conditions with heat index values up to 105 each day and overnight heat index values only in the upper 70s expected. * WHERE...Sheboygan, Milwaukee, and Ozaukee Counties. * WHEN...From noon Monday to 7 PM CDT Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Heat related illnesses increase significantly during extreme heat and high humidity events. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heat index values along the lakeshore will be a few degrees cooler, but still expecting higher heat index values just inland from Lake Michigan.

Drink plenty of fluids, stay in an air-conditioned room, stay out of the sun, and check up on relatives and neighbors. Take extra precautions when outside. Wear lightweight and loose fitting clothing. Try to limit strenuous activities to early morning or evening. Take action when you see symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke.
