* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible. * WHERE...In Wisconsin, Burnett and Washburn Counties. This includes the Tribal Lands of the St. Croix Band in Burnett County. * WHEN...Until 10 AM CDT this morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - An area of thunderstorms tonight over the watch area will be capable of heavy rain. Several waves of storms may move over the same location. Rainfall across the watch area of 1-3 inches is expected with localized amounts of 2-4 inches possible. - Flood safety information can be found at www.weather.gov/safety/flood.
