Description:
At 910 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 9 miles east of
Marshfield, or 19 miles northwest of Wisconsin Rapids, moving
northeast at 35 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.
Other locations impacted by the severe thunderstorm include Blenker,
Auburndale, Sherry and Milladore.
Instruction:
Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from
windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large
hail.
