Description:
At 313 PM MDT, a confirmed tornado was located 9 miles southeast of
Savageton, or 8 miles west of Wright, moving southeast at 30 mph.
HAZARD...Damaging tornado and golf ball size hail.
SOURCE...Emergency management confirmed tornado.
IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.
Locations impacted include...
Mainly rural areas of South Central Campbell County northwest of
Wright.
Instruction:
Move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a well-built building
away from windows. If you are outdoors, in a mobile home, or in a
vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter and protect yourself
from flying debris.
