* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...East Central Fremont County in central Wyoming... * WHEN...Until 800 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 659 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms around 5PM MDT. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in Shoshoni. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Shoshoni and Bonneville are the most likely places to experience minor flooding. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route. Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law enforcement and request they pass this information to the National Weather Service when you can do so safely.
