Description:
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall
continues.
* WHERE...North Central Big Horn County in central Wyoming...
* WHEN...Until 915 PM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos. River or
stream flows are elevated.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 712 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 2.5
and 3.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Porcupine Creek, Spring Creek, Cottonwood Creek, Tillets Hole,
Devil Canyon, Cow Creek, Deer Creek, Five Springs Creek, Bucking
Mule Creek, Bald Mountain Creek and Beaver Creek.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Flooding is occurring or is imminent. It is important to know where
you are relative to streams, rivers, or creeks which can become
killers in heavy rains. Campers and hikers should avoid streams or
creeks.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
Weather Service when you can do so safely.
