* WHAT...Small stream and dry wash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...South Central Fremont County and Northeastern Sweetwater County, along Alkali Creek flowing toward Sweetwater Station. * WHEN...Until 930 PM MDT. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams and normally dry washes. Some low-water crossings may become impassable. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 830 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause dry wash and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - This includes the following streams and drainages... West Alkali Creek, Granite Creek, Sulphur Creek, Sweetwater River, Alkali Creek, Crooked Creek, North Fork Sulphur Creek, Ladysmith Draw, Harris Slough, Picket Creek, Cyclone Rime Draw, East Alkali Creek, South Fork Sulphur Creek, Bull Canyon Draw, Sand Creek, Honeycomb Buttes Draw, Coyote Gulch, Red Creek and Rocky Draw. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Instruction: 
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. In hilly terrain there are hundreds of low water crossings which are potentially dangerous in heavy rain. Do not attempt to cross flooded roads. Find an alternate route or delay travel.
