Description:
* WHAT...Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall is
expected.
* WHERE...Eastern Fremont County in central Wyoming...
West Central Natrona County in central Wyoming...
* WHEN...Until 230 AM MDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Rises in small streams and normally dry arroyos.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1124 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause small stream flooding. Between 1
and 2 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Fish Draw, Middle Fork Sage Hen Creek, Sage Hen Creek, West
Canyon Creek, Maverick Butte Draw, Dry Creek, West Sage Hen
Creek, Canyon Creek, Fraser Draw, Sand Hills Draw, South Fork
Powder River, East Canyon Creek, Cow Camp Creek, Muskrat Creek,
Deer Creek, Poison Creek and Merriam Meadows Draw. Additional
rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Mainly rural areas of Eastern Fremont and West Central Natrona
Counties south of US-20/26.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
Please report observed flooding to local emergency services or law
enforcement and request they pass this information to the National
