At 216 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 11 miles west of Mayoworth, which is 21 miles northwest of Kaycee, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. This strong thunderstorm will be near... Mayoworth around 230 PM MDT. This includes Interstate 25 between mile markers 251 and 254.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways. A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM MDT for north central Wyoming.
