Description: 
At 223 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Laramie County Fairgrounds at Archer, or 11 miles southeast of Cheyenne, moving east at 20 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and penny size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Cheyenne, Egbert, Laramie County Fairgrounds at Archer, and Carpenter. This includes Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 368 and 369, and between mile markers 374 and 392.

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building. Torrential rainfall is also occurring with this storm and may lead to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
