At 530 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Horse Creek to near Frontier Park to near Natural Fort. Movement was east at 15 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Cheyenne, Happy Valley, Federal, Table Mountain Ranches, Willadsen Estates, Rocking Star Ranch, Silver Sage Estates, Granite Canon, Fox Farm-College, Cheyenne Regional Airport, Winchester Hills, North Crow Campground, Ranchettes, Warren AFB, Frontier Park, North Cheyenne, Horse Creek, Curt Gowdy State Park, Bison Crossing, and Crystal Lake Reservoir. This includes the following highways... Interstate 25 in Wyoming between mile markers 1 and 24. Interstate 80 in Wyoming between mile markers 333 and 367.
