* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of central and northwest Wyoming, including the
following areas, in central Wyoming, Owl Creek and Bridger
Mountains, and East Wind River Mountains. In northwest Wyoming,
Absaroka Mountains and Cody Foothills.
* WHEN...Until 8 PM MDT this evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Slow moving showers and thunderstorms and abnormally high
moisture in the air can bring locally heavy rainfall on already
saturated grounds that could lead to flooding.
