A line of heavier showers with embedded thunderstorms will move across the area between about 830 PM and 10 PM this evening. The line is moving east around 50 mph, and may contain brief heavy rainfall, a few cloud to ground lightning strikes and wind gusts between 30 to 40 mph. The line is expected to be near Hornell by around 845 to 9 PM, Bath and Penn Yan around 915 PM, Corning, Watkins Glen and Seneca Falls around 945 PM.
