She is described as a black female, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, with black shoulder length dreadlocks and brown eyes, weighing 200 pounds. She was last seen wearing bifocal eyeglasses, white Nike Sandals with two straps across the front, carrying a black backpack with a colorful design. Alexis is diagnosed with various cognitive disorders and is prone to seizures.
