A Silver Alert has been issued for Maricopa County. This is the Arizona Department of Public Safety. The Phoenix Police Department is looking for 88-year-old MC Bill Sueing. MC aka Bill is a black male, 5 feet 8 inches tall, 145 pounds, with grey hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, dark colored sweatpants, black dress shoes and a black leather hat. He was last seen in the area of South Central Avenue and West Baseline Road.
