Description:
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of southeast Alabama, including the following
county, Henry and southwest Georgia, including the following
counties, Clay, Quitman and Randolph.
* WHEN...Until 200 AM EDT /100 AM CDT/.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1157 PM EDT /1057 PM CDT/, Doppler radar indicated heavy
rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or
expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 2 and
3 inches of rain have fallen.

Fort Gaines, Cuthbert, Georgetown, Bellville, Morris, Cotton
Hill, Garnersville, Moores Crossroads, Hatcher, Springvale
Station, Crossroads, Watson Crossroads, Springvale, Bethel,
Days Crossroads, Peterson Hill, Coleman, Bagby State Park,
Coles and Jones Crossing.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
