* WHAT...Flooding caused by an ice jam is expected.
* WHERE...Upper And Lower Kalskag.
* WHEN...Until 1000 AM AKDT Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- As of 430 PM Monday, The River Watch Team reported large
sheets of ice have jammed on Kuskokwim River near Kalskag.
Impounding water due to the ice jam is causing water to rise
and will start flooding low-lying areas near Upper and Lower
Kalskag.
