* WHAT...For the Winter Weather Advisory, blowing snow. Winds
gusting as high as 40 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, blizzard
conditions possible. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3
inches possible. Winds could gust as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Bering Strait Coast and Diomede.
* WHEN...From late Tuesday night through Thursday evening.
* IMPACTS...For the Winter Weather Advisory, travel could be
difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce
visibility to 1/2 mile or less at times. For the Winter Storm
Watch, travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Northeast winds shift more northerly Sunday
morning. Little to no additional falling snow is expected.
