* WHAT...Snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations up
to two inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.
* WHERE...St Lawrence Island.
* WHEN...From noon to 10 PM AKDT Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel may be impacted. Areas of blowing snow could
significantly reduce visibility.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Visibility may drop below 1/2 mile when the
strongest wind gusts align with falling snow.
