- At 935 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
