Description:
* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.
* WHERE...Portions of East Arkansas, including the following county,
Crittenden, North Mississippi, including the following counties,
DeSoto and Marshall, and West Tennessee, including the following
county, Shelby.
* WHEN...Until 630 AM CDT.
* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 320 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 0.5 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 1.5 to 3 inches are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.

Bartlett, Southaven, Collierville, Germantown, Olive Branch,
West Memphis, Horn Lake, Hernando, Millington, Cordova, T O
Fuller State Park, Meeman Shelby Forest State Park, Memphis,
Lakeland, Arlington, Byhalia, Walls, Southeast Memphis,
Midtown Memphis and Whitehaven.

Instruction:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
