* At 831 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line from
7 miles northwest of Arkinda to near Clarksville, or along a line
from 13 miles southwest of Horatio to near Clarksville, moving
southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
roofs, siding, and trees.

portions of southwest Arkansas, southeast Oklahoma, and northeast
Texas.
