Description:
At 1018 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 19
miles north of Manchester, or 35 miles north of Clarksville, moving
northeast at 70 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is
possible.
Locations impacted include...
De Queen, Horatio, Idabel, Broken Bow, Manchester, Wright City,
Valliant, Millerton, Haworth, Garvin, Oak Hill, Glover, Holly
Creek, Golden, Hochatown, Mount Herman, Sherwood, Eagletown, Bethel
and Goodwater.
Instruction:
Monitor the weather situation closely and be alert for threatening
weather conditions.
