dusting to an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and northeast Kansas and central,
north central, northwest, and west central Missouri.
* WHEN...Until midnight CST tonight.
* IMPACTS...Visibilities may drop below 1/4 mile due to falling and
blowing snow. Plan on dangerous road conditions.
