Wind chills as low as 50 below zero. * WHERE...Central Arctic Plains and Central Beaufort Sea Coast. * WHEN...From 10 AM Sunday to 4 PM AKDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. Areas of blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility to 1/4 mile or less, with whiteout conditions possible at times.
