* WHAT...Blizzard conditions. Total snow accumulations up to one inch. Winds gusting as high as 60 mph. Wind chills as low as 55 below zero. * WHERE...Central Arctic Plains, Central Beaufort Sea Coast, and Eastern Beaufort Sea Coast. * WHEN...Until 4 PM AKDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Significant blowing and drifting snow will result in whiteout conditions at times.
