* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations around 1 to 3 inches. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph. * WHERE...Bering Strait Coast. * WHEN...Until 7 AM AKDT Thursday. * IMPACTS...Travel may be very difficult. Visibility below 1/4 mile is possible during the strongest wind gusts this afternoon. Conditions will improve Thursday morning. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Shishmaref will get minor blowing snow, but the most impactful conditions will reside along the Bering Strait Coast, especially Wales and Diomede.
