Description:
* WHAT...Strong wind-induced waves may bring shallow flooding
along the beach areas as well as coastal walkways and roads like
Crescent Avenue and Saint Catherine Way. The risk is highest
around the time of the early morning high tide.
* WHERE...Catalina and Santa Barbara Islands.
* WHEN...From 1 AM to 9 AM PST Wednesday.
* IMPACTS...Flooding of sea water is possible over vulnerable low-
lying coastal areas.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...High tides of 5.5 to 6.0 feet are expected
around 4am.
Instruction:
Take the necessary actions to protect flood-prone property. Do
NOT drive around barricades or through water of unknown depth.
