* WHAT...Up to 1/2 ft of inundation above ground level possible in vulnerable areas near the waterfront and shoreline during the morning and evening high tides. * WHERE...Southern Fairfield, Southern New Haven, Southern Middlesex and Southern New London Counties. * WHEN...During the times of high tide this morning and then again this evening.. * COASTAL FLOOD IMPACTS...Brief minor flooding of the most vulnerable locations near the waterfront and shoreline. * SHORELINE IMPACTS...Breaking waves of 3 to 5 ft along the shoreline, during the times of evening high tide, may result in beach flooding and erosion with scattered areas of splashover bulkheads and dune structures onto shoreline roads and properties.
