* WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 to 50 mph expected. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 12 below zero expected. * WHERE...Western Greenbrier County. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 4 PM this afternoon to 7 AM EST Saturday. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 7 PM this evening to 7 AM EST Sunday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 10 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures. Wind chill values can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.
