For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills as low as 5 degrees below zero expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, northern, southern, and southwest Oklahoma. * WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 6 PM CST this evening. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 9 PM this evening to 9 AM CST Monday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 5 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken.
