Description:
* WHAT...Very cold wind chills around 20 below.
* WHERE...In Maine, Central Somerset, Northern Franklin, and
Northern Oxford Counties. In New Hampshire, Northern Coos County.
* WHEN...Until 7 AM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 23 below zero could cause
frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Frostbite
and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these
temperatures.
Instruction:
Use caution while traveling outside. Wear appropriate clothing, a
hat, and gloves.
