* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 3 below expected. * WHERE...Portions of central, southeast, and west central New Mexico. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 8 AM MST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Very cold wind chill temperatures could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The potential exists for up to one inch of snow, with 1 to 3 inches on mountain peaks and east-facing slopes through Wednesday morning.
